Case Spencer #392

I am Case Spencer number 392 on the RMSHA Race Circuit. I am a senior at Grace High School and have a graduating class of 35 people. I am the third of four boys. My oldest brother is named Jace, and he is one of my idols because he used to race snowmachines and I always look for his advice. my second oldest brother is named Cash and my younger brother named Cort. All of us boys like to stay active by ridding snowmachines working out and golfing. In the off season of ridding, I have kept myself busy by working as a lifeguard at Lava Hot Springs, golfing, and working out. I liked working at lava because it was a good way to teach me good life skills like CPR, and other ways to save lives. Also teaching me good social skills as I got to talk to lots of different people while I worked there. I like golfing because it is relaxing and helps me control my body and emotions. Golfing helps me see my improvement and allowing me to keep trying harder to get better. Also pushing me to keep my cool while I golf and trying my hardest. I work out because it helps me keep in shape in the off season. Also, I see improvement when I ride when I lift. Last year was my first-year racing RMSHA. I raced Salt Pass Border Dash, Salt Pass Border Rehash, Antler Basin Hillclimb, and Zbroz Beaver Mountain bash. By the end of the season, I had attended every RMSHA race and did not place in any of my classes; Juniors, amateurs, amateurs improved, and amateur’s mod. This coming season I plan on changing that. I plan on putting every bit of effort and time towards the race season and I am shooting to finish top ten in each class. My goal in racing is to establish relationships with other racers and sponsors. Having those relationships would help me achieve my life goal of eventually owning my own business and having a family that gets to race in the RMSHA circuit with me. The circuit is amazing with so many amazing people and such an amazing atmosphere to be around. This season all the sponsorship money that me and my team have been given is going towards covering. Travel, marketing, entry fees and snowmachines. Being able to work with sponsors is amazing to be able to have the opportunity to race because of them. Also meeting all the new people through sponsorship is super cool and fun. Having this great opportunity has changed me for the better. Letting me realize how lucky I am that I get the opportunity to race and meet such amazing people every year. After this 2023 Race season I plan on serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints. This means for two years I will not be able to race or attend any races for two years. However, after the two years I am hoping to be able to come back and race with my family again.
